Do you remember the code-red feminists of a few years back? They went
to some part of NY, I think Spanish Harlem, and set up a sort of sting
operation. One of them was standing in the street, and a man licked
his lips as he passed by her. She shouted "Code Red!!!" which drew a
crowd of feminists who surrounded and harassed the man.

After this happened, someone wrote their organization and asked
(paraphrasing), "Why did you do this in Spanish Harlem and not on Wall
Street? If an investment banker licked his lips at you, would you
shout 'code red,' or check his ring finger?"

No doubt there were some ruffled feathers at Code Red Headquarters when
they got that letter.
