Not your call.  Let me break this down for you.

1. Sex without consent is rape.
2. A minor cannot legally consent.
3. Ergo, sex with a minor is rape.

That's the law, but the law can be changed.  Would you legalize
statutory rape that is perpetrated by women on boys?  If so, call your
congressman.  He probably needs a good laugh.
