Almost everything except the optimiser. Personally, the only reason I ever
liked Microsoft compilers is *because* of the optimiser. But QC also had
some other limitations; for example, it couldn't do p-code, produce
protected mode  object files, output assembler from C and do inline
assembler (there were probably more - I never used QC, so it was never an
issue).
