Here is more information on what I did.

From the D'Bridge BBS instance, I performed a +ALL and "Get Old
Messages" for everything in Agoranet (46:1/163) - which is my hub
instance.

I then noticed I had missed configuring one of the echos in my WWIV BBS, so
I unsubscribed to that (1) particular echo, and then re-subscribed with the
"Get Old Messages" again.  It added the echo, but didn't get the
old messages.  

That is where I got stuck, since I don't know all the ALLFIX commands for
D'Bridge to attempt anything else.
