I think what you need there is Linux running Samba

Well, before you can run it, you have to pull the source from CVS, then 
compile, then install, then only can you run it. The source is know to 
compile on a number of Linux systems WIN2K is a unknown entity, tho the last 
version of Maximus released for win32 should run on that OS, and should still 
be compatable with the Linux version from CVS.
