Is it a possible way to make some command for htick announcing so in a
htick announcing that htick not use a empty tearline.
Like it seem to do now with a announcing.

If htick in announce deal could have a function of auto read system name
from config line System, or a line in the announce setup like AnnTLine
.....

So could we put in and have the announcing to say 
--- bbs announce robot
