The whole idea of the lafs was 2 or more things in the same ad that don't
make sense together. A ham selling a untested radio at a premium price falls
into this category. To me the misrepresentation is his call sign. Can you
imagine buying car from a mech for blue book price and he says "I am selling
this car untested". I rather buy a untested car from a person who can't
drive than from a mech. The whole thing stinks!
