  I recall one nasty late winter day.  It was spitting sleet, rain, cold,
nasty.  I tell my guys when its bad like that to go hide somewhere, warm
up, etc.  I had taken a short break from the weather in the student centre
and talking with a couple of guys I knew.  One asked where my people were. 
I looked out at the nasty weather and replied, "They better be out
there working!".  lol
