The last I checked, the average *.msg file was just over 1k, which would mean
the optimal partition would be less than 128 megs to get a 2k minimum file
size. This doesn't eliminate the problems with renumbering areas with over
300 msg in DOS though. That problem went away when I first switched to VFAT
in OS/2 though, so I guess it might have gone away with WIN95 also, not sure.
