subject: Filename Expansion

While listening to Paul Edwards Pete heard:Filename Expansion

G'day Paul

 JG> #define TRUE  0
 JG> #define FALSE !TRUE
~~~   ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
 PC> I think defining FALSE to a non-zero value would be a bad habit
 PC> to get into, it would be better to always assume FALSE to be
 PC> zero.
 PE> It's a great case for not using macros like that in the first
 PE> place.  C already has true/false abilities as part of the
 PE> language.
But if you have a function that has to return a flag value to notify
of success or failure you have to use something, perhaps
enum {SUCCESS, FAILURE};
would be better?.
