Paul, Bill, it's called "LocalArea". Squish does not recognise it, but
programs such as GoldED and timEd do. As far as timEd is concerned,
LocalAreas should not have a tearline or origin line. I'm not sure what
GoldED does with LocalAreas.

You can read to your hearts content, but it ain't in there, Jim. :-)

BG> How does it work with Msged though?

Right now it doesn't. The 'fix' is to redefine any LocalArea defines as
EchoAreas but don't export them to anyone, eg.

;------------------------------------------------------------
; SQUISH.CFG Squish configuration file.
;------------------------------------------------------------

...

EchoArea net.old E:\MSGBASE\LOCAL\OLD_NET -$
EchoArea sysop E:\MSGBASE\LOCAL\SYSOP -$
EchoArea memo E:\MSGBASE\LOCAL\TEMP -$
EchoArea mail_backlog E:\MSGBASE\LOCAL\BACKLOG -$
EchoArea blizz.chat E:\MSGBASE\LOCAL\CHAT -$
EchoArea blizz.maint E:\MSGBASE\LOCAL\MAINT -$
