The only way I've found to print address labels successfully from 
Word is to do it with mail merge. You set up a master document 
with the name and address details then set up your mailing labels 
to precisely the label layout and page measurements you want. It's 
a bit of trial and error and definitely is not a quick and easy 
thing to do.
