Kay,
   Well still no job, but rumors are that they are going to hire me full time 
at school.  Of course that's just a rumor, and until there a contract signed 
and check start coming my way, I'll keep looking for other options.
   Naw, I get discouraged, but I won't give up / give in....just something 
about me that I can't.
   I have talked to Mike's Mom and she's back home now....she wants me to 
come up for a visit, but I think for now, it's best not to go.  The guy that 
I was dating after Mike, didn't call because he had lost my phone number.  I 
talked to him a week later, and he said that he figured I'd call one night 
and he would be there, at which time he could ask me for my number again.  
Somehow I tend to believe him.  He's been very supportive and continues to be 
so since I have been out of work.  Just have to wait and see what happens.
