    How are you ?

        I read last week that you were able to get an icon for BW well
    done. I have not. When I do the icon routine, it shows the wave
    but when I place it on the Office shortcut bar, it turns into a
    blue "?". I tried to change-modify it to the blue wave but it always
    turns into that blue "?".  Yes, I am on Vista as you are. The Home
    Basic version.

        Please tell me of the different steps that you took to get the
    right icon. Thanks.
