No, and for me to do so would be virtually impossible - there are too
many variables involved.

The chance of you generating two identical MSGIDs, AND the additional
chance of systems down the line detecting it, should be low enough for
you to realise that the problem is not worth particularly worrying
about unless you have nothing else to worry about.  The benefits far
outweigh the one small potential disadvantage IMO.

FTS-9 was designed to be used, not ignored.  Don't ignore (ok, half of)
it because you're afraid of it breaking (if I did that I wouldn't be
using your version of Msged right now!).  Or if that's asking too much,
fix it - rewrite it, or write your own FSC.


Now, will you excuse me while I fly to the moon (made of cheese of
course) and on the way have a hot dog with David Nugent.  Or did you say
he didn't like hot dogs?
