Dr Michael J Pelling Men of so many nations are oppressed by evil laws which
punish them for the offence of seeking only to be good fathers to their
children. Those laws and court practice are often backed up by stringent
restrictions on freedom of speech in order to perpetuate a rotten system of
law and the Family law gravy train, financed by the victims. [

We had a good turn out today, the public and journalists who attended
watched Dr Pelling masterfully expose the corruption, bias, government
political pressure and disgusting self-interest of the judiciary.

Dr Pelling did NOT hold back and lambasted Lord Justice Laws who at the last
minute was moved onto the case clearly due to govt pressure. LJ Laws has a
long and sordid career of being the governments primary judge stooge with a
keen interest in maintaining secrecy and doing his masters dirty work (as Dr
Pelling not so politely pointed out to him i.e. reading a scathing attack in
an article from Private Eye). Alas, despite being clearly unfit to take part
in proceedings due to his previous history with Dr Pelling and his obsession
with stamping Top Secret on anything that moves. The vastly portly LJ Laws
had zero shame and refused to recuse himself, the other govt lackey fawned
all over LJ Laws in a pitiful display of obsequiousness.

The Attorney General's representative a Mr Caldicott had rings run around
him by Dr Pelling's remarkable legal research and immaculate delivery.
Although Mr Caldicott started out full of spunk, just after the mid-way
point of the proceedings he was reduced to repeating the same points again
and again (a pitiful sight) that Dr Pelling had already demolished in
totality.

Never, however underestimate the judiciary's wholly impressive ability to
ignore reasoned argument and bury their heads in the sand when instructed to
by their political masters. LJ Laws and his sidekick were utterly
magnificent in this respect; pigs will fly before we see justice from these
two government lackeys.

The trial continues 10:30 tomorrow, with Matt O'Connor likely to give
evidence about the suffocating secrecy that allows the mass abuse of our
children by the system because there is no public accountability or scrutiny
and concludes probably Thursday.

Dr Pelling needs all of our support Wednesday and Thursday, even if you can
only spare a lunch-time or half a day, please make all efforts to attend.

Court in London after being refused permission to cross-examine prosecution
witnesses in the case, which could involve a prison sentence. [

Yep: He was not even permitted to cross-examine the witnesses who stood
against him.

These arrogant judges are becoming more like Nazis every day.

They prosecute fathers in secret.

They destroy their relationships with their children behind closed doors.

They refuse them permission even to question those who accuse them.

And they are now trying to force people into testifying against them (e.g.
in cases of alleged domestic violence).

These are exactly the kinds of tactics that the Nazis employed when they
wanted to prosecute Jews.

They corrupted the laws, They operated in secret. The accusers were hidden.
Witnesses were forced to testify. And the defendants were given no chance to
question them.

And, as can be ascertained from the piece in the right-hand side column on
this page about Elizabeth Butler Sloss - the highest UK Family Court Judge -
we know that these judges are lying through their teeth and that they are
doing their best to break down the relationships between fathers and their
children in order to help their legal cronies in government (of which there
are many) maintain lucrative careers within the ever-burgeoning divorce and
abuse industries.

Fathers 4 Justice Doctor Accused of Contempt

The Attorney General today asked the High Court to jail a Fathers 4 Justice
campaigner who revealed full details of a private county court judgment
relating to contact with his son.

Dr Michael Pelling, of Forest Gate, east London, stands accused of contempt
of court.

The Attorney General, Lord Goldsmith QC, says the 55-year-old, a co-founder
of the Campaign for Open Justice, named parties and published ³sensitive
details² about the private family proceedings.

At the outset of todayıs contempt hearing, Dr Pelling accused one of the
judges of showing bias against him in past rulings and called for him to be
replaced by another judge.

But Lord Justice Laws, sitting with Mr Justice Pitchford, refused to step
down and said he would give his reasons after hearing the full committal
application.

Despite Dr Pellingıs objections, the judges ordered that details of the Bow
County Court judgment at the centre of the alleged contempt must not be
revealed in reports of todayıs hearing.

Website addresses giving access to the judgment should also not be
disclosed, pending any further order the court might make.

But the judges said there was no court order preventing the press and media
now identifying Dr Pellingıs son, Alexander, now aged 14, who is a Kingıs
scholar at Eton.

The hearing was adjourned until tomorrow. Then Andrew Caldecott QC,
appearing for the Attorney General, will argue that the case raises
important issues of principle.

He is expected to submit that privacy laws governing family cases widely
attacked by groups such as Fathers 4 Justice must be obeyed, even though
they are controversial.

Dr Pelling published details from the county court ruling in Contact, a
journal he edited for the organisation East London Fathers, in April 2003.
His article was also published on the Internet.

Dr Pelling contends that Article 6 of the European Convention on Human
Rights, now enshrined in domestic law by the 1998 Human Rights Act, demands
that judgments ³shall be pronounced publicly².

A comment in Contact on the decision to publish the judgment in full said
secrecy laws were there to protect a ³corrupt² judicial system.

It was also to prevent ³the mother-custody default from being overthrown and
to silence the voices of the growing ranks of embittered fathers².

The hearing continues tomorrow.
