Was wondering if there is a way to force a rescan of an echo using
D'Bridge's AREAFIX?

I had a configuration issue with an echo in WWIVTOSS, causing all the
messages to go into the bit bucket when I originally requested it using the
"Get Old Messages" option.

It seems when I try to do remove the echo, re-add it and request "Get
Old Messages" again, it won't rescan.
