Thanks for your answers, but the question now is, when can i get here
in Europe (especially Germany) the trade-in Plan to upgrade my modem?
I wrote eMails to "eurotech@hayes.com", but after one day the mail
returns to me, and the mail-robot from hayes.com says the recipient
"eurotech" does not exist. I saw this adress at the homepage of
hayes.com.uk. Now i have none technical support adresses here
in Europe. Do You know what's going wrong there?
