Recently, when this echo was in danger of dropping from the E-List, I 
contacted the e-listed moderator of this echo, and asked him what he
was planning on doing with the echo.  We talked about it, and he felt
that it would be best for him to devote his time to another net, and I
would become the moderator of the echo.
This decided, I was e-listed as the moderator of the echo.
For about 2 weeks prior to that, I have been attempting to reach someone
who I feel would be a terrific co-moderator, years of experience in EMS,
on the east coast.  I have repeatedly sent him Netmail, Email, and even
called him at his house, reaching only his charming wife, but not him.
I would still like to extend that offer to him.  If, however, he would
not care to take that position, I would like some suggestions on who
else would be good for the position, and who would like to volunteer.
And Gary, if somehow I have slighted you, and that is the reason for no
reply, you have my apologies.  I certainly would like to know the reason
though.
