I didn't read it as anti-USA (are being too sensitive?) I read it as a
European consumer complaining about yet another instance of hi-tech prices
being far higher in Europe than in the United States.

On my two XP installations these entries don't appear on the context menu.
Mind you ctrl-LMB drag to desktop works just fine to create a shortcut to
the control panel.
