I run a separate setup on another drive for that.

Hmm ? You can use EditKeys in the config, similar
to how you'd define ReadKeys. For cut and paste: "Cut",
"Anchor", "Paste".
Unless you mean the wordstar style keys like etc..
I'd like to set my keys as those as well. Also there is no shiftdn()
function that i could find, so i can't use arrows for anchors,
but the way the program is that would be weird anyway.
As for cut & pasting partial lines i'll have a closer look, but..
If , you're about to rewrite the code, i'd rather put
my time into a complete new bells and whistles editor.
OTOH, if you think there will be another 2-3 Msgeds as we know it, it is
worth to fix this one.

Yep, happens both in this version and 4.1.

Damm.:) Offer still stands, i'm willing to tackle some DOS stuff.
Perhaps even the WIN95/NT screen i/o...but you will not like how. ;-)
Ps: sent you some code and it bounced, didn't realize you've lost the .au
from the end of your address.
I'll resend it in a couple of days when hopefully i'll be able to hit the
send button again. :-)
