I wish to set up a message window over an existing aplication in the Dos enviroment.
ie: save screen area where the window will appear display the message then 
redraw the saved data where the window was.
Also I wish to spruce up a program with some nice Fadeing. I can actually
Fade Up and Fade Down
thanks to some nice person on this Echo however I am unable to Fade Down,
insert my screen
then Fade up again for a fabulous result :-)
