Is there a keystroke/click+keystroke so that when I click on a folder in
the left pane which has a "+" symbol (indicating that there are
subfolders) I can open the entire folder structure (including sub, sub-sub,
sub-sub-sub, etc.) folders so that I don't have to manually expand them?
