Thanks to you and Mike.  Hmmm.   My objections are falling away.  I've
still got two that I need to consider:  MS Office will not be supporting
VBA on Macs and I do enough stuff with others using MS Office on Windows
where that work depends on macros that it might not be an easy transition. 
I also do a *lot* of stuff using MS Project.

OTOH (because I can anticipate at least one argument) I could install a VM,
load up XP and my MS Office software in an XP environment.
