The latest non-beta version available is 4.10 and there are executables for
16bit DOS, 32bit DOS, Win95/NT and OS/2.  The latest beta is 4.20beta2
which has executables for the same four operating systems.

My box uses the same version of Win95 as yours and the same browser.  It
also has the same amount of RAM.  However, it has a Pentium P200MMX, a
1.6Gb hard drive and a 3.5 Gb hard drive.
