Maybe the music industry but everyone else is feeling that way already.
Heck look how both blue-ray & HD-DVD have been cracked almost prior to
release.

One wonders if that was a very clever person or someone
purposefully....."left the engineers options available" just as
DVD makers used to do wrt turning off region coding (as opposed to simply
not building it in as they do now that battle has been won).
