As opposed to your approach which is to take one of the kids pick them up
and use them to try and beat the fire out in a futile attempt to control
something that you can't control.  Doesn't change the inevitable outcome
and kills one of your kids in the process.  But at least you tried to put
the fire out rather than adapt to the fire like by say MOVING and keeping
all the kids alive.
