I would have to concur that the rate of violence among the 
blacks is higher than that of the Aryans, and that as an 
inevitable consequence, they come to the attention of the 
law enforcement system. 
 
I see the level less among the yeoman culture of Europe, as 
it was far less densely populated than Africa; consequently, 
there was far less warfare among neighboring tribes, and in 
such an environment, violent proclivities are far less good 
as defense of the tribal territory and resources. 
 
With the invention of the bronze axe, some 6 or 7000 years 
ago, a man fed up with authoritarian rule by the chief could 
escape into the vastness of European forests, slash, burn, 
and clear a farm for him, and his family. In such a setting, 
uncontrolled aggressive impulses have only one target: wife 
and kids, and those who fail to control themselves tend not 
to contribute to the gene pool. 
 
It is the evolution of self discipline that has lead to the 
power on the planet of the Aryan race.  Why should this kind 
of evolution be the only kind in operation?
