Nope....but some advice here...go out and buy the best monitor you have the 
money for...brand new! That way you won't get someone else's mistakes. I 
highly reccommend CTX monitors. They're great! I own a 15" CTX and I love it! 
Digital controls on the front to adjust and once adjusted, it "remembers" the 
settings for that refresh rate!
