Well, if he did that enough times, then he'd eventually have to hire
Men to replace them, Wouldn't he? He doesn't want to do that, because
he doesn't want to pay them. He wants part-time workers who will forego
benefits. So, as part of a management profession, he pretends to be the
pawn of powers higher than himself. Bellyaching is just part of the
helpless act.

Gay GA is a typical working class turned middle class scab who's just
sucking up and chanting his boss's script. He dreams of one day
becoming one of those "successful" old men with the blue blood side
