The "Waiting for caller" screen adds nothing and in fact causes more problems then it solves in Linux. When you bring DOS-think to Linux you end up with serious problems. Anyhow there are all sorts of "windows" in Linux where you can monitor traffic. Extremely boring stuff methinks but some people seem to enjoy that sort of thing. And there is always "chat" if you feel the need to "help" users online. The problem of course is whether their client software is up to speed which it often isn't, especially Windows terminal packages. There is the real problem and I don't see how a Maximus port to Linux is going to make that happen. However you're not using Linux so you're happy right?
