So the same thing is happening to you.  I've checked and
double-checked the COM port settings in PcBoard to make sure that I'm
not missing something.  Remote callers can download files from the
BBS, download QWKs, upload REPs, etc. from the BBS; just BW isn't
working.

So the COM port settings and the like must be working.

I still have NetSerial installed from my first 30-day trial before I
decided to save the $25 and just use NetFoss.  We'll see..
