Of course it usually affects the bidding price/activity somewhat!
But not everyone does that, list items as untested that is!
I regularly sell stuff on Ebay only because the sell success rate is much
better then the newsgroups or reflectors were buyers are still thinking 1970
prices, Hi!
My untested items are exactly that "untested", not tested, then listed as
untested when it turns out to be a Dead-Duck:-)
There are many honest ebayers also!
