        Why do you say that DOS is to die ? I still use it some. Even
   now, that my systems are all on ntfs, I still start a system by
   using FDISK and FORMAT. With a new CD called UBCD4WINDOWS, any ntfs
   system can be seen by DOS. My mind is on a one track....DOS.
