If you work on your webpage regularly, you might be aware that when
people visit after a change, their browser generally will show an old
view from their browser cache, and they'd have to manually click
"RELOAD"(or REFRESH), and KNOW to do so, to see the current version; A
friend provided me with the following snippet of code which I use for a
page I do that changes daily (he's set it to automatically read in a new
HTML file each day (I upload them a week at a time)

(you can, of course, put in whatever else you would normally want in the
tag region, but include this one (and any date older than today
(I just left it the way I received it, since it'll always be old enough
that way!) :)

I guess one could use this to hide updates/changes to all but those who
are savvy enough to hit RELOAD, by putting in a FUTURE date! :)
