I don't normally feed the "trolls" but this isn't a vague story.  The owner
of the bird waited to report it... waited for what?  Until he sobered up and
realized his birds' head was gone?  A responsible bird owner would have
called the cops immediately and had this asshole hauled away.  But perhaps,
Jizz, you aren't a "responsible bird owner".
