Looks like you may need to specify a security level for your uplink there, and
try using the -lr XX -lw XX read/write security levels for each area in your
areas file.

If that doesn't work, you did also mention infozip. You should have zip/unzip
in a systemwide directory (since the commands in hpt's config don't specify
paths), or you could specify direct paths for your archive programs in hpt's
configuration.

Hopefully one of those two work. But as was mentioned by Mark, it is definitely
a security issue. If your uplink doesn't have a security "Level" set, and
you're setting your echoareas to have read/write access, it would error out
there for sure.
