FidoNet paperwork for the rest of us. Rules, You want rules, well We do
not have any rules, written ones anyway, to give You. I will try and tell
You roughly what I feel most of Us have accepted as rules.
        1. Messages that have nothing to do with computers are not
           welcome here.
        2. Insults and fighting should be taken out on the Net were they
           are welcome.
        3. There are People of many Cultures and Native Languages here
           and consideration for other people is welcomed here.
