Yap, you could do that if you have the international codepage and a
international keyboard, but with diferents code pages and keyboards
you have all kind of problems , for example the simbol

  HEX  40 ( the one used to the internet address ) , there is no way
to display it here...

 In my keyboard this symbol is obtained pressing (Alt Gr) and 2
