Except that it would, of course, extend the school year by a day or so... but still. Even six inches of it... six inches would shut down the whole Puget Sound region, and I could stay home and sleep and watch the snow fall and read. (Not all at the same time, of course.) Here, it's about 40*F, with high clouds that are, amazingly, high enough for me to have been able to see the whole of Mount Rainier, in all her glory, on the drive in to work today. Daffs are blooming, as are crocuses, and I think the tulips are starting to sprout; but the only person I know who has tulips blooming outside is my sister, and I haven't been to her house in awhile. I want potted daffodils for the living room. It's not spring without daffodils. Lissa AlmostTimeForTheDaffodilFestival!
