I had trouble with TAURUS too on that.  I spent a short number of hours trying
to upgrade to it from ARGUS because one site in my game league said there was
something not compatible but it wasn't working right to scan for packets.  I
swapped back and the other person found a fix on their end for whatever it was.

If we don't see an answer here or elsewhere, maybe try the earlier ARGUS?
