You know,  keep this list handy,  and whenever you feel down, depressed or
angry about life,  just repeat it to yourself honestly (And you'll be able
to add more.  Fer instance you have a nice house, all the food you need and
plenty of cool toys to play with)

It sounds as annoying and mid 1970's self-help-ish as hell,  but this sort
of thought process can ward off depression.

It tends to make me saccharine and syrupy for about half the day afterwards
 but it's better than being depressed.
