Please stop the whining about you having to agree that Belgium could split-off
from R28 and have R29 re-instated.
 
The request of the net292-sysops (Belgium) was unanymous {minus myself} for the
simple reason no-one wanted to work with you anymore.
 
You're still cross because you were not appointed RC yet in 2007 when Jan
Vermeulen stepped down. Ever since you seek the confrontation.
