subject: Walnut Creek drops BBS support

Walnut Creek CDROM has dropped BBS support on its CDROMs because of
'insufficient demand'. A sad day for sysops. I first noticed that the BBS
support was incomplete on the latest version of Hobbes OS/2 and their tech
support folks were unclear about why. But they called me back today to say
that BBS support was being droppped on all their CDROMs "unless there is an
overwhelming response."

If you want to encourage them to restore BBS support, send a message to
support@cdrom.com. Or cancel your subscriptions and tell them why. Or both.
