Although we could take your information either on our BBS or our internet
address and issue you an RA number online, if you are in Canada it would
be quickest to just give our Canada office a call at 519-746-5000 and
hey
will be able to arrange for the return of the unit for repair and issue
you the RA number. The warranty on the modem is 2 years, extended to 5
if you sent in the registration.
