Buy RAM. There is a relationship between the size of your hard drive and the 
RAM on your machine. More specifically, between the size of the blocks, 
number of blocks, and number of name spaces and the amount of RAM. In NetWare 
3.12, this is a serious issue, as volume block sizes are typically small (as 
small as 4K), requiring MUCH RAM for large drives.
Look at doubling your RAM at a minimum.
