So I'd need to do some HTML?  Not a problem,  if I can get the software to
accept it and deal with it appropriately.

I thought it would be kind of nifty to get a handle on that stuff, 
particularly with the ability to do voicemail,  boxes for different people,
 etc.  Not that I have that much of a need for that here,  but knowing how
to deal with it would be nice for my employment & similar prospects. 
Linux in business instead of m$?  Yeah!
