Its a lot more complicated than 'virtualises the hardware'

And memory management has nothing much to do with 'virtualises
the hardware' anyway.

And this business about DPMI servers is different again. Nothing to
do with virtualising hardware at all. OS2 had a problem with that since
*IT* wanted to be the server, but when its got an OS running on top of
it that ALSO wants to do that, you have a problem. So you have to change
Wins DPMI detail.
