rc> Where does it get the original 'starting' serialno from? Is rc> it stored in a file or generated each time the editor is run? The latter, based on the system time. There may be problems if the system time is moved backwards (eg. put back an hour after daylight savings), but this should be no less a problem than how Msged originally generated the MSGID serialno. I might use a file to store the last serialno generated and use that as the starting serialno when Msged is next run. Not a real concern though; it works as-is. regards andrew --- Msgedsq/2 3.04* Origin: This message is dedicated to the public domain (3:635/727.4{at}fidonet) SEEN-BY: 50/99 632/348 998 633/371 634/384 635/502 503 513 544 727 638/100 SEEN-BY: 639/100 640/230 690/718 711/401 410 430 807 808 809 933 934 713/888 SEEN-BY: 800/1 7877/2809 @PATH: 635/727 632/348 635/503 50/99 711/808 809 934 |
