San Diego used to be top dog in re to price for CA, then the beach area was 
the top of the town. :)

Back in the days when gas was 1.20 here, it was at least 15c cheaper 
anywhere else in the state - now I don't see that spread?

Yesterday spotted gas for 1.89 in the beach - 10c down in less than a week?

Maybe one day we'll see 1.55, but I'm not holding my breath.
